1. What NBH Posting is

NBH Posting ("the tool") is a personal desktop application operated by the artist Newbyhim ("the operator"). Its sole purpose is to schedule and publish the operator's own content to the operator's own social media accounts through the platforms' official APIs.

2. Who may use it

The tool is used exclusively by the operator. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or made available to third parties. No accounts other than the operator's own are connected or managed.

3. Content

All content published through the tool is created by or for the operator and is the operator's own responsibility. AI-generated content is labeled as such on the target platform (for example via TikTok's AI-generated content flag). Use of the tool is subject to the terms of service and community guidelines of the respective platforms.

4. No warranty

The tool is provided "as is" for the operator's own use, without warranty of any kind.
